Lawyer Rolf Stein

Born in Rummelsburg/Pomerania in 1928. His schooling in Hamburg was interrupted by his military service. After graduating from high school in 1949, he studied law at the University of Hamburg, where he also completed his legal clerkship and was a trainee lawyer. After passing his second state examination in 1957, he worked in all areas of law and from 1 July 1965 worked with lawyer Johannes Schneider. From 01.01.1970 start of the partnership with him, specialising in family and inheritance law. Since 1987 also specialised in social law. Co-editor and co-author of the "Praxishandbuch Familienrecht". Mr Stein retired in 2000 and passed away in October 2016. Mr Stein helped shape our law firm for many decades. With his competent and humorous manner, he was popular and respected by clients and colleagues alike.
